RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Orders placed on dforiginal.com can be returned within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason, provided that:
- The item has not been worn or washed.
- The item has no damage caused by use.
- The item has its original tag and is in an undamaged condition.
If the tag has been removed and the item is not in its original condition, it will be considered used and will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.

Refunds:
- For payments made by card online, the refund will be processed to the same card via the payment system.
- For cash-on-delivery payments, the refund will be made to the bank account provided by the customer.

Please include a note with your name, surname, and order number in the package or notify us about the return via messenger.
If the order was paid for cash on delivery, please provide your bank account number for the refund.
Items not eligible for return or exchange:
According to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act, underwear and swimwear that have been unpacked or used are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
